Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key features within the Alvys platform, from research and ideation through to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences. • Develop and maintain design systems and UI patterns that ensure consistency across our web and mobile applications. • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. • Give input to other designers, providing feedback and helping to cultivate a collaborative and innovative design culture. • Stay current with industry trends and competitor products, ensuring that Alvys remains at the forefront of UX/UI best practices. • Champion the needs of our users, advocating for design decisions that improve usability and drive business outcomes. • Contribute to the strategic direction of the product by aligning design goals with company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience leading design projects and delivering impactful design solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and handle complex, multi-faceted challenges
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and best practices for responsive web and mobile design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI code generation to build interfaces and ship code.
  • Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and creating seamless user experiences.
