• Design, architect, populate, and maintain the CMDB using ServiceNow Discovery tools • Plan and implement CMDB architecture tailored for on-prem infrastructure, cloud environments, application endpoints, and SaaS services • Establish comprehensive goals for Discovery implementation and secure alignment with stakeholders • Configure, deploy, and maintain MID servers • Define a credentials strategy and create Discovery schedules • Use patterns to optimize Discovery across multiple environments, including serverless infrastructure • Deploy ITOM Visibility products, including Discovery and Service Mapping • Automate the Discovery process through scheduled tasks • Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of information stored in the CMDB • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure CMDB alignment with business needs and compliance requirements • Train staff and develop documentation for CMDB processes, architecture, and Discovery
