• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build and maintain strong relationships, proactively addressing inquiries, and understanding their specific needs and goals. Responsible for delivering high-touch support and proactive communication. • Oversee the entire billing process for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims; manage accounts receivable; and resolve denials to ensure timely payment. • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and payer policies, such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines. • Lead regular customer review meetings (weekly or bi-weekly cadence) to discuss performance, payer trends, and action plans. • Monitor claim submissions, payment posting, denials, and aging AR to ensure targets are met. • Identify trends in underpayments, delays, rejections, and drive remediation efforts to resolution. • Support payer enrollment processes and credentialing updates when needed. • Deliver cash flow, AR aging, and denial analytics with actionable recommendations. • Track KPIs and hold stakeholders accountable for improvements.
