Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, or employee development (not just general HR)
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and tracking learning progress
- Strong content development and facilitation skills (online and in-person)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Nice to Have: Experience in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, iSpring)
- Background in HR, talent management, or employee engagement
- Certification in Training & Development or Instructional Design.
