Provide continual awareness to leaders on status and deviations. • Develop and maintain a customer insights framework for Product Development and cross-functional teams to draw actionable insights for shaping business and product decisions. • Identify risks surfaced by product operations and process KPIs, supporting the product development team with mitigation recommendations and progress tracking. • Identify and leverage appropriate AI capabilities to improve and automate processes. • Promote the usage of AI tools to drive organizational insights and risk visibility. • Guide your team on the use of AI to drive efficiency with day-to-day tasks, potentially eliminating tasks through AI and automation. • Assist in the planning and prioritization of product initiatives, ensuring product operations and processes align with business goals and objectives. • Develop and distribute product-related reports, status updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and risks.
