Job Description
• Own execution of demand programs that contribute to marketing-sourced and SDR-influenced pipeline
• Personally design, launch, and optimize SDR cadences and nurture programs
• Develop and execute campaigns explicitly designed to support net-new logo acquisition and deal acceleration
• Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering for funnel performance analysis
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Revenue Marketing, or Growth Marketing
- Deep experience in B2B enterprise technology and complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and HubSpot
- Ability to operate with urgency, rigor, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
