• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules/plans in PSA tool to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones • Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Manage and control scope changes through a formal change management process • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints • Generate and update Project Cost Forecasts in the PSA tool monthly • Facilitate a project kickoff meeting to align all stakeholders and set the stage for project execution • Monitor and track project quality metrics and initiate corrective actions as needed • Develop and manage volume ramp plans to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to full-scale production • Identify, assess, and manage project risks through the development and maintenance of risk registers • Maintain issue trackers to document and resolve project-related issues promptly • Generate a Communications Plan at the start of the project
