• Design, build, and orchestrate complex no-code workflows using industry best practices • Own customer implementations from discovery through go-live • Develop clear solution and technical documentation • Implement software solutions addressing diverse business needs • Engage with Technical Success Managers and Account Executives • Lead scope definition, requirements analysis, and application configurations • Provide hands-on technical implementation across multiple engagements • Participate in customer-facing activities including discovery sessions and demos • Share knowledge and best practices with peers • Track product gaps and collaborate with Product and Engineering • Complete weekly time tracking and timesheet submissions • Allocate time to client-facing meetings
