• Conduct high-volume strategy consultations with prospective immigration clients • Assess eligibility across family-based and humanitarian pathways (e.g., VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, waivers, removal defense) • Design and clearly explain immigration roadmaps, including risks, timelines, and alternative options • Partner closely with intake and sales teams to convert consultations into retained clients • Address client objections related to cost, risk, timing, and eligibility • Support pricing alignment and scope clarity • Contribute directly to revenue growth, conversion rates, and retained value • Provide feedback to leadership on client trends, demand signals, and service gaps • Help refine service offerings and client positioning • Ensure handoff clarity to case management and legal teams post-retention
