• Own Lobby Performance Analysis: Deliver deep insight into casino lobby performance, including game placement, navigation, scheduling, and personalization features. • Connect Engagement to Revenue Impact: Combine Amplitude behavioral data with Snowflake and other data sources to attribute real-money outcomes to lobby changes. • Build Insight-Driven Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and recurring reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Amplitude. • Design & Analyze Experiments: Partner with Product and Lobby teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments. • Cohort & Funnel Analysis: Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to understand how different customer segments navigate and engage with the lobby. • Define KPIs & Success Metrics: Work with team leaders to define KPIs for new lobby features, personalization models, and scheduling strategies. • Inform Product & Monetization Strategy: Assess the commercial impact of new features and experiments to guide prioritization across the lobby roadmap. • Translate Insights into Action: Turn complex, multi-source analyses into clear, plain-English insights and recommendations for stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Leadership.
