• Apply knowledge of core enterprise platforms (eg. Salesforce, Workday, Netsuite, etc.) and emerging AI technology to build AI-powered automation for manual business processes • Design and maintain integrations and orchestration layers using iPaaS automation platforms, REST APIs, and webhooks. • Apply generative and agentic AI to automated workflows to support data-driven reasoning and improve how processes interpret, route and act on business data. • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate automation and AI capabilities into well-scoped initiatives with clear success metrics and delivery plans. • Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI and automation technologies, including agentic patterns and platform-native AI features, to ensure solutions remain practical, secure and aligned with business needs. • Continuously assess capabilities within existing enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite) to identify opportunities to replace custom solutions with native or lower-complexity features. • Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI, working with Security, Legal, and IT to address data governance, access controls, and risk management.
