Job Description
About Trajan Wealth
With over $3 billion in assets under management and advisement, Trajan® Wealth is one of the fastest-growing Registered Investment Advisor firms in the country.
What sets us apart is our fully integrated, in-house model - combining fee-only wealth management, estate planning through Trajan Estate, and tax strategy through Trajan Tax.
We don't refer out critical components of a client's financial life. We bring them together under one fiduciary standard - the Family Office.
Role Overview
This role is not for everyone. It is designed for advisors who want to build, not inherit.
Trajan Wealth is expanding nationally and seeking entrepreneurial Financial Advisors to lead the development of new and emerging markets. We are open to any US base location for this role.
This is a W2 role designed for advisors who want more than a book - they want to build a market, establish a presence, and scale a business.
Advisors begin by leveraging our seminar platform to build trust, drive engagement, and generate new client relationships.
Once key production milestones are achieved, advisors unlock Trajan's full growth engine - including our in-house marketing agency and client development teams that deliver consistent, qualified opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity to build something - and then scale it with the full support of an established firm behind you.
What Makes Trajan Different
Once your market is established, you gain access to a platform designed to accelerate your growth:
- In-house marketing agency (radio, TV, seminars, digital)
- Dedicated client development team delivering even more qualified meetings per week above and beyond educational seminars
- Full operational infrastructure: client service, CRM, investment, IT, HR, compliance
- A proven, repeatable sales process
- Integrated estate and tax planning through in-house attorneys and CPAs
You focus on meeting clients and closing business.
We handle the rest.
Today, the average Trajan Advisor produces approximately $40M per year in new assets.
