Job Description

• Lead the team responsible for 1Password’s core collaboration and productivity ecosystem, including Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Enterprise Search. • Build the function from the ground up, establishing the team's operating model, culture, and foundational processes while growing the team's size and scope. • Ensure that enterprise tools operate in a consistent, scalable, secure, and well-governed manner. • Oversee service configuration, vendor strategy, cross-system workflows, and AI-driven automation capabilities. • Transform the team into the company's center of excellence for enterprise tools and workflow automation. • Guide the expansion of the team's scope to include specialized business systems as the organization scales.

Job Requirements

2 years of experience managing high-performing IT professionals.
6+ years of experience in IT.
Experience leading and developing a team of IT engineers or technical ICs responsible for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, integrations, and workflow automation.
Experience providing technical leadership and decision-making guidance across tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, even when not hands-on.
Experience designing, supporting, and governing cross-system integrations and automation workflows that scale across the organization.
Track record of setting strategy, planning roadmaps, and driving delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives while scaling systems and team capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to make structured decisions around platform configuration, access models, vendor management, AI feature considerations, and governance standards.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing remote team environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
