- Proven track record of leading teams focused on large/jumbo employer clients
- Deep existing relationships and credibility across top national benefit consulting firms
- Expertise in navigating complex, rapidly changing environments with a strong bias toward action
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to practice candor with care in high-stakes negotiations
- Strong analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities
