• Own the game economy design across multiple titles, with a special focus on casino-style gameplay. • Collaborate closely with game design, product, and data teams to define and balance virtual economies, in-game products, and reward systems. • Analyze player behavior, spending patterns, and feedback to iteratively refine and optimize the economy. • Define pricing strategies, key price points, and sales tactics that maximize revenue without compromising player satisfaction. • Build and maintain detailed economy models, spreadsheets, and flow diagrams to forecast and simulate changes before implementation. • Partner with data science teams to ensure accurate tracking, dashboards, and insights to support economic health. • Propose and design new features or live events to improve engagement, retention, and monetization. • Present economy performance, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, data-driven manner. • Conduct and analyze playtests to validate assumptions and improve the player journey.
