Job Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED (Required)
- 0-2 Years Relevant Work Experience
- Ability to effectively multitask between multiple tools and systems
- Strong communication skills
- Must have experience working in a remote environment
- Must have a flexible schedule to work anytime between the hours of 8am-8pm EST
- Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior
