Job Description

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-workstream brand programs (e.g., brand creative, campaigns, guidelines, governance initiatives). • Drive operational rigor through clear processes, tools, and documentation. • Facilitate recurring co-branding sessions with legal and licensor. • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies. • Partner with IT and MarTech teams on brand asset systems and workflows.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand operations, brand program management, creative operations, or agency account leadership.
  • Deep experience working with brand strategy, systems, guidelines, and governance models.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong understanding of creative development across visual, verbal, digital, motion, and experiential channels.
  • Experience partnering with external agencies and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
