• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client program managers and manage client expectations • Communicate program goals and established processes to the project team • Supervise a matrixed group of scientific review officers (SROs) assigned to individual review panels • Guide and oversee SROs throughout the review process, including reviewer recruitment, meeting facilitation and summary statement writing • Perform quality control of the SROs’ panel management work • Develop and present reviewer trainings • Perform quality control of the scientific contents of client deliverables
