• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including financial model updates, variance analysis, and reporting; • Build expertise in our financial metrics and unit economics to support data-driven decision-making across the business; • Own analyses related to unit-level cost drivers, improving cost visibility and efficiency over time; • Conduct analytical deep dives to inform decision-making across operations, and cost management as the business scales; • Support the creation of board materials and ad hoc strategic analyses; • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop financial analyses, tools, and processes that support Picnic Health’s business goals; • Continuously improve our Strategic Finance toolkit as we scale
