Job Description
• Build and iterate on complex financial models that support our expansion.
• Write SQL queries to pull raw data, ensuring our financial projections are grounded in real-time operational reality.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality quantitative and presentation materials to support ongoing strategic analyses.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical leadership to provide data-driven insights.
• Monitor business performance against targets and identify the "why" behind the numbers.
• Help refine and automate our financial reporting and data workflows.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Economic Consulting, Business Analytics, or a similar high-intensity analytical role.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or high-ambiguity environments where you are required to pivot quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in SQL is required. You should be comfortable navigating databases and joining tables to get the answers you need.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise prioritizing accuracy, scalability, and clean architecture.
- Possess a "first principles" approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for various stakeholders across the company.
- Undergrad degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
