Job Description
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or insurance-related education preferred
- Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience as a 1st party Auto Physical Damage Adjuster
- Active Adjuster’s license(s) as required by state(s) of operation
- Preferred experience handling commercial trucking and specialty or heavy equipment claims
- Current technical knowledge of auto collision repair techniques and industry standards
- Proficiency in one or more estimating platforms, including CCC One, Mitchell, and/or Audatex
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Solid understanding of insurance claims concepts, practices, and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and professional communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
