• Gather and articulate the department’s analytics needs, document requirements, and prioritize needs in partnership with department leadership • Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including in-house Global Development analysts and IT, to deliver on departmental reports and analytics outcomes • Guide and support the development and management of a new analytics governance team, partnering with Philanthropy Effectiveness, Global Development, and IT • Provide training and support to business users to drive the adoption of existing and new reports in platforms such as Power BI • Use curated reports, dashboards, and datasets to answer business questions and identify trends • Lead the Philanthropy Operations & Performance analytics team in leveraging existing reports and data tables to synthesize and package insights for various audiences, including senior leadership
