• TikTok Shop growth & revenue: Own GMV, conversion rate, AOV, affiliate contribution, and repeat purchase. • Creator & affiliate ecosystem: Recruit, brief, manage, and scale a high-performing creator + affiliate network (UGC, whitelisted creators, and Live hosts). • TikTok Live shopping: Build and optimize a Live commerce calendar (product drops, promos, launches, tentpole events). • Content strategy that converts: Partner with internal creative + creators to launch high-volume, performance-driven TikTok content. • Merchandising & offer strategy: Optimize PDPs, bundles, discounts, and Shop-specific offers to maximize conversion. • Paid + organic flywheel: Identify winning organic content and scale it via Spark Ads / paid amplification. • Trend-to-commerce pipeline: Spot trends early and translate them into Shop-ready content fast. • Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with Growth, Creative, Influencer, Ops, and CX to ensure TikTok Shop success.
