• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures • Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Maintain proper books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT, and other applicable laws • Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits • Handle notices and queries from tax authorities and ensure timely closures • Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization • Oversee banking relationships, payments, and reconciliations • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and approvals • Support Leadership with financial recommendations
