Job Description
• Meet or exceed activity, sales goals and quotas as set by the company.
• Responsible for the sales cycle, from building your pipeline to closing new logos.
• Make daily outbound connections with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate forecasts while documenting activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to share insight into market conditions and customer needs.
• Build relationships with merchant stakeholders to execute on agreements and license subscriptions.
• Facilitate post-sale handoff of the customer to the appropriate Merchant Success team-member.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ideally 3+ years of Sales, Business Development, or Account Management requiring a multi-threaded approach.
- Proven track record in a SaaS sales model including post-sale support.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically at a high level.
- Willingness to travel to partner offices, conferences, and events domestically 20-50% of the time.
