• Identify and secure federal, state, and local funding (HUD, CDBG, HOME, LIHTC, and state revitalization programs) • Prepare letters of intent, grant proposals, budgets, and narratives • Manage the full grant lifecycle from submission through reporting and compliance • Support low-income and affordable housing initiatives, including HUD and LIHTC projects • Assist with feasibility analysis, funding structures, and regulatory documentation • Serve as primary liaison with HUD, state housing agencies, municipalities, and economic development partners • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and nonprofit stakeholders • Collaborate with nonprofit partners on joint funding applications • Track deadlines, reporting requirements, and multi-year grant obligations
