Job Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- 8+ years of successful sales, marketing, or product leadership experience
- 4+ years of successful senior-level sales management, product, and/or general management experience
- Strong technical competency and understanding of the GEHC Imaging Product Portfolio
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
- Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills; highly skilled in written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers
- Ability to influence and drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment
- Enterprise wide, solutions mindset and the ability to make strategic trade off/s (when needed)
- Healthcare/MedTech Industry experience
- Strong management skills and capability to develop talents
- Strongly compliance-driven
