• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders. • Document detailed Business Functional Requirements (BFRs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. • Develop use case stories, use case test scripts, and process maps. • Build and manage project roadmaps, timelines, Gantt charts, stage-gate plans, and dependency maps. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, sprint planning). • Track milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables. • Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical resources on SharePoint-related initiatives. • Deliver clear and professional documentation including business cases, testing plans, diagrams, and meeting notes. • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
