Job Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal partnership taxation • Research technical issues for and provide transaction advice to engagement teams • Draft and review technical memoranda, opinions, private letter rulings, comment letters, and white papers. • Analyze IRS regulations and related guidance and distill them into internal and external thought leadership communications • Develop and present content for internal and external webinars, tax conferences, and industry meetings • Monitor federal legislation and litigation with tax implications/changes in order to provide internal and external insights • Collaborate with other WNT specialists and other subject matter experts throughout the firm.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or Law (J.D.)
CPA or JD required
LL.M. in Taxation or Masters in Tax, or equivalent, strongly preferred.
Five (5)+ years of progressive experience in U.S. federal tax experience with significant emphasis on partnership taxation.
Prior experience in public accounting, legal practice, or government.
Prior national tax experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated and strong technical knowledge of Subchapter K.
