Job Description
• Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives while actively contributing as a hands-on "player" to drive pipeline growth.
• Mentor and develop your team while engaging in high-impact outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
• Oversee team efforts to qualify leads, ensuring high-quality opportunities are passed to Account Executives.
• Develop and refine SDR strategies, scripts, tools, and workflows to improve performance.
• Partner with marketing and sales for aligned campaigns and scheduling demos/meetings.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in SDR/BDR roles, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS/Tech, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- 1+ years in sales leadership, team coaching, or mentoring (player-coach experience strongly preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable while thriving in hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging C-suite executives on cybersecurity challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach).
- Data-driven mindset: Experience analyzing metrics, optimizing processes, and reporting on pipeline health.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
