• Manage a growing national network of third-party contractors who perform in-home smart water device installations ensuring they meet performance, quality, and customer service standards • Ensure seamless and consistent installation operations with strong standards for speed, quality, and homeowner experience • Expand and onboard new installation partners to improve geographic coverage, reduce costs, and elevate quality • Create and maintain standardized procedures, training, and communications for plumbers and contractors to support efficient operations • Guide and manage continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving installation success rates and reducing time-to-install • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to resolve installer or customer issues promptly and efficiently • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to position installation as a key differentiator in the marketplace • Manage a team of two associates to support installation operations and growth
