Job Description
• Work with peers and clients to understand meeting goals, flow and space requirements
• Send RFPs to properties and field responses
• Vet viable options and make recommendations
• Negotiate the best deals for clients
• Manage additional administrative duties up to 50% of the role
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a venue procurement, purchasing or venue sourcing role
- Proficiency in Cvent, Microsoft Office Suite and SmartSheet platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
