Job Description
• Analyze ANSI X12 270/271 eligibility and benefits transactions
• Define business and technical requirements for eligibility verification workflows
• Design strategies to present coverage, copay, coinsurance, and deductibles
• Partner with teams to support connectivity and monitoring of 270/271 transactions
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an EDI Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in healthcare
- Strong experience with 270/271 eligibility and benefits transactions
- Solid understanding of health insurance concepts
- Strong communication skills to translate technical information
- Proficiency with advanced Excel and familiarity with SQL or similar tools
