Job Description

• Design and deliver organizational, departmental, and role-specific L&D programs • Partner with other People Ops team members and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development priorities • Create, curate and manage learning content, tools, and platforms • Advance AI transformation through modern, scalable learning • Facilitate engaging workshops, trainings, and learning sessions • Evaluate program impact using data, feedback, and performance metrics • Champion a culture of learning, embedding growth mindsets • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

4–6 years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development in Human Resources or People Ops departments
Strong foundation in applying and championing learning and development throughout the employee life-cycle
Proven experience creating and implementing a wide variety of digital trainings
Demonstrated ability to champion a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement
High comfort level using, teaching, and advocating for AI tools and technologies
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority
Ability to adapt communication and training approaches to meet the needs of different cultural and professional audiences
Strong organizational and execution skills
