Job Description

• Own the lifecycle of ecosystem app partnerships—from identification to evaluation to activation. • Drive outbound engagement with apps that serve core HighLevel verticals (real estate, legal, wellness, education, etc.). • Evaluate inbound app integration proposals using a revenue‑first lens. • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and RevOps to assess the mutual business opportunity of potential integrations. • Quantify potential impact on: New logo acquisition (co‑marketing, co‑selling), expansion revenue (add‑on revenue through app usage), retention/stickiness (usage‑based retention lift). • Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, and the Marketplace team to ensure successful launches. • Develop simple revenue/enablement toolkits for partner managers and affiliate teams. • Serve as a cross‑functional bridge between GTM, Product, and external partner teams. • Document partnership activity, revenue performance, and recommendations for future investments.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years experience in SaaS ecosystem partnerships, integrations, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of partner‑led GTM strategies and integration value assessment.
  • Familiarity with platform APIs and working with product/engineering teams to scope integration plans.
  • Experience with vertical SaaS or platform ecosystems is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior success working in PLG or usage‑based environments preferred.
  • Experience at a marketplace platform (Zapier, Shopify, Salesforce AppExchange, etc.) shall be an added advantage.
  • You’ve worked directly with product‑led or usage‑based monetization teams.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and generate actionable insights.
