• Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous optimization of enterprise identity governance and access management platforms. • Ensure secure, automated, and compliant identity lifecycle management across employee and non-employee populations. • Oversee core identity governance platforms, role-based access automation, access certification programs, and identity data integrations. • Provide people leadership, drive adoption of IAM best practices. • Partner closely with IT, Security, HR, and business leaders.
