• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in Justworks, including new hire setup, terminations, and access coordination • Administer benefits enrollment, life events, and employee questions related to benefits and payroll • Support payroll tooling and ensure accurate employee data, changes, and approvals are processed on time • Act as a point of contact for employees on operational questions related to payroll, benefits, and HR systems • Support basic accounting workflows such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor coordination • Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations in partnership with Finance • Help maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and internal process guides • Track operational tasks and ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met • Partner closely with Finance, People Ops, and leadership to improve operational efficiency • Identify process gaps and help implement scalable, repeatable solutions • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative projects as needed
