Job Description
• Lead multiple global studies and implement strategy/driving delivery
• Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies
• Communicate with study team, ensuring requirements are met
• Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as appropriate
• Track metrics and build progress reports on enrollment targets
• Coordinate the quality and performance of third-party providers
• Collaborate with the Patient Population Science team for diversity plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous patient recruitment management experience (comparable to 5 years)
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical approach to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
