• Lead end-to-end software integration efforts across warehouse automation projects. • Define system architecture and interface requirements between WMS, WES, WCS, PLCs, SCADA, and ERP systems. • Coordinate with internal software, controls, and commissioning teams, as well as customer IT and operations groups. • Oversee interface development, configuration, and testing (FAT, SAT, UAT). • Troubleshoot integration issues during commissioning and go-live phases. • Manage change requests and support customer-specific adaptations. • Ensure documentation of data flows, integration logic, and technical procedures. • Validate system performance, scalability, and cybersecurity compliance. • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across integration activities.
