Job Description

• We are looking for a COO / Growth Operator - a rare, high-calibre operator who can both execute at a specialist level and zoom out to lead the business strategically. • You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations, driving company growth, building systems and SOPs, and holding teams accountable to KPIs as we scale. • You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to ensure executional excellence across marketing, product, sales, and coaching. • This role is designed for someone who can step into any department if needed, whether that be stepping in as a Head of Product, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, or another leadership role as the company grows, you will have the versatility and wide picture view to step in and optimise any department required. • This is not a passive oversight role. This is for a true operator who leads by doing, sets the standard, and multiplies output across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • A strong understanding of direct response marketing.
  • A proven ability to write high-quality copy, including: Simple, effective 10-minute VSLs following best-practice copy frameworks.
  • A deep understanding of the digital product space, including:
  • Online courses
  • Coaching programs
  • Offers, positioning, and delivery
  • The ability to coach clients 1:1 and deliver a valuable, results-driven coaching experience.
  • Demonstrated belief in and experience with hands-on mastery (You can do the work, not just manage people who do it).
  • A strong systems thinker with experience building:
  • SOPs
  • Scalable processes
  • Accountability frameworks
  • Comfortable owning and tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and execution standards.
  • A highly adaptable operator who can:
  • Zoom in and become a specialist in a role
  • Zoom out and lead strategically when needed
  • High ownership, bias toward action, and strong decision-making ability.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to operate at the highest level of the business.
  • Direct collaboration with the founder and leadership team.
  • Ability to shape company direction, systems, and culture.
  • Long-term growth opportunities into senior leadership roles.
  • Work in a high-performance environment that values execution over theory.
  • Significant impact as your work will directly drive company growth.
