Job Description
• Meet (and exceed) revenue, operational, and strategic goals as well as foster the professional growth, development, and success of your team members
• Invest time into coaching and mentoring direct reports on a daily basis to achieve stated goals and quotas
• Leverage data to uncover coaching and business opportunities, and enhance workflow processes and work with various cross-functional teams and tools.
• Measure and monitor prospecting, opportunity management and closing deals alongside your team
• Drive the team’s pipeline generation efforts individually and in alignment with the Sales Development team to ensure proper pipeline coverage
• Accomplish all of the above with cutting edge AI strategies
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience or 1+ year in Sprout Social’s Strategic Enterprise function
- A consistent and measurable track record of success that you can easily speak to and highlight – both as an individual salesperson and as a leader within an outbound sales organization
- A deep understanding of Mid Market and/or Corporate B2B SaaS sales solutions
- A developed point of view on how Artificial Intelligence can level up our ability to deliver excellent outcomes
- Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing and coaching top sales talent
