Job Description

• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders • Fostering effective bidirectional communication between customers and the organization • Supporting current brand initiatives and identifying future strategic opportunities • Engaging stakeholders while collecting, synthesizing, and presenting key insights to guide strategic decision-making • Ensuring all interactions adhere to commercial compliance, legal, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech field sales, marketing, or medical roles, or clinical experience in a related therapeutic area
Minimum 5 years of Rheumatology experience and recent experience with infusible medicines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence, enabling exceptional relationship-building.
Proven ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects and competing priorities, and execute strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
Strong understanding of and demonstrated compliance with laws, regulations, and rules governing the pharmaceutical industry, including but not limited to FDA regulations and PhRMA Code.
Willingness to travel ~75% domestically (limited international travel possible) and proximity to a major airport required. Valid driver’s license necessary.
