• Responsible for all operational aspects of guiding new customers through an implementation lifecycle and onto our technology platform. • Conduct analyses and assess the team’s practices to ensure efficient operation. • Focus on improving implementation procedures and tooling for a seamless process. • Proactively communicate action plans, status, and proposals with stakeholders. • Assist management with ticket escalation, process improvements, and mentoring new team members. • Own and manage facets of the Onboarding process for new customers. • Query and extract data using SQL, C#, and Python. • Communicate status updates by phone and email to stakeholders and customers. • Obtain customer data, test quality and expected functionality. • Manage multiple ongoing projects and client communication. • Resolve relevant support tickets and suggest process improvements.
