• Update, edit, and create educational materials in InDesign and a variety of other design programs. • Collaborate with the team as we improve our design processes, focusing on efficiency in the way we use our tools and resources. • Utilize templates and the CC Library of content the team has already created for streamlined deliverable creation. • Utilize formatting and styling techniques to create and edit materials quickly and effectively. • Develop strategies to enhance user engagement • Create and update charts, diagrams, or other visuals. • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines. • Adapt to team’s workflow by communicating project status, identifying potential issues, and asking questions to ensure the timely completion of each project. • Collaborate with account management team to make client revisions to materials. • Review and proof designs for errors and accuracy. • Assist with other design projects such as flyers, emails, landing pages as assigned. • Finalize files for printing and/or electronic publication and organize materials according to current filing system.
