• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Manage and grow the accounting team • Own accounting policies and technical accounting including revenue recognition • Prepare variance analysis and management packs for CFO • Partner with FP&A to build reliable forecast vs. actuals • Coordinate annual audit, tax provisioning, and external advisors • Implement, optimize, and own accounting systems and workflows • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements • Establish, document, and continuously improve internal controls
