• Serve as the senior engineer and administrator for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms • Configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and Office 365 • Own SharePoint Online engineering and administration, including site architecture, permissions, workflows, and integrations • Support and guide collaboration platform migrations, including Cisco WebEx to Microsoft Teams (preferred) • Provide input and technical leadership for early-phase Copilot initiatives (Phase 1), making Copilot knowledge essential • Manage tenant-wide Microsoft 365 administration, including licensing, user roles, governance, and security settings • Support OneDrive migration efforts (nice-to-have) • Lead and support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements • Act as a Microsoft 365 subject matter expert, partnering with leadership and technical teams on solution design and decision-making • Mentor and support junior team members, including analysts and engineers supporting collaboration tools • Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable, secure solutions • Ensure all solutions align with enterprise security, governance, and healthcare compliance requirements
