• Prepare month‑end journal entries and account reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. • Support quarterly revenue reporting and preparation of financial‑statement disclosures. • Partner with Deal Management, Sales Ops, Pricing, and FP&A to ensure complete and accurate revenue system data and downstream reporting. • Drive system/process improvements, including NetSuite ARM configuration and enhancements to increase automation, quality, and speed. • Own and maintain key revenue controls (e.g., SSP, concessions, reserves, deferrals, concurrent transactions) and contribute to control design/testing in partnership with SOX/Internal Audit. • Respond to internal/external audit requests and ensure documentation quality across close artifacts.
