Job Description
• Develop and execute a tailored sales plan for your Named Accounts. Identify growth areas, target clients, and sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
• Continuously generate leads through various prospecting methods, including networking, cold calling, and industry events
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate closely with potential clients to understand their needs and present compelling solutions
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value of our products/services, our technology capabilities and addressing any concerns or objections
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within your market. Leverage this knowledge to adapt and refine your sales strategy
• Be willing to spend a significant amount of time on the road, meeting with clients, attending industry events, and nurturing relationships that drive business growth
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities in your market
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on generating new business revenue
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within your designated market
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales and business growth
