Job Description

• Lead the annual budgeting, long-range financial planning, and rolling forecasting processes. • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for internal management and external stakeholders. • Develop and maintain complex financial models to understand gross and net retention, LTV:CAC ratios, churn rate, and the Rule of 40. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives. • Review and assist with cash management, including development of monthly and 13-week cash flow forecasts. • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

Job Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related highly analytical field is required; an MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling is essential.
Proficiency with financial planning software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly valued.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Experience supervising or mentoring staff.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
