• Establish, manage and improve all aspects of purchasing services and products • Support CMO and Packaging Categories with collaboration of cross-functional teams • Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and selecting CMOs for a project • Partner with key global stakeholders from Supply Chain, Packaging, CMC manufacturing and Quality • Lead contract negotiation of Master service agreement, Statement Work, or Supplier Proposals • Create risk mitigation strategy documents pertaining to N level CMO / supplier • Ensure that the relationship between BeiGene and the CMO/partner is healthy • Drive continuous improvement of the business relationship with CMOs and sub-suppliers • Conduct high quality data analytics; generate on time routine reports regarding supplier performance metrics
